Development of collaborative learning environment in Montenegro

Coordinated efforts by the European Agenda for Adult Learning - National Coordinators for the implementation of the Agenda and EPALE through the core national education institution - the Ministry of Education will give strong contribution in achieving policy objectives of the European Skills Agenda and the European Pact for skills.
