PM Đukanović expresses condolences to his Chinese counterpart Li Kequiang

On behalf of the Government of Montenegro, Prime Minister Milo Đukanović sent a letter of condolences to Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China Li Kequiang over a terrible accident in the port city of Tianjin leaving at least dozens dead and hundreds more injured.
