Human Resources Management Network

A meeting of the Human Resources Management Network was held on 26 May at 10 a.m. at the premises of the Human Resources Management Authority (business training room).

The topic of the meeting was ‘The role and importance of the Central Personnel Records (CPR) in the area of human resources management, and preparation of the Human Resources Plan through the CPR – new CPR application”. The meeting tackled new features of the CPR, its content, significance and role, as well as the Human Resources Management Network, preparation of the Human Resources Plan through the CPR and data security.

Colleagues from HRMA presented the new application and its features, pointed out to the significance of its updating, inserting the basic data for personal files and the number of bank accounts so that it may be linked to the payroll system of the Ministry of Finance. The preparation of the Human Resources Plan through the CPR, as well as inserting decisions on entering employment were underlined as particularly important.

Representatives of all ministries, the Secretariat-General of the Government and the Prime Minister’s Office were in attendance.
