Abazović and Bytyqi visited the Tikveš Winery

Deputy Prime Minister of Montenegro Dritan Abazović and Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of North Macedonia in charge of economic affairs Fatmir Bytyqi visited the Tikveš Winery in Kavadarci, at the invitation of the owner Sveto Janevski.

Abazović and Bytyqi had the opportunity to visit the modern plant of the Tikveš Winery and get acquainted with the company business, which has invested more than EUR 22 million in technological restructuring and modernization of wine production equipment in the last 10 years.

Bytyqi introduced Abazović to the North Macedonia's brands distributed globally. Bytyqi said that one of their most important brands is the Tikveš Winery, which is recognised as one of the most modern wineries in the world.

Abazović and Bytyqi talked about the possibilities of economic cooperation between Montenegro and North Macedonia, through the exchange of experience and better trade connections, but also about the establishment of the "Green Corridor" which would significantly contribute to better interaction between people during the tourist season.

The owner and leaders of the Tikveš Company introduced Abazović and Bytyqi with the rich history and the most important facts about the company business, which annually produces about 20 million liters of wine on average.
