Deputy Prime Minister Dritan Abazović hosted today the Ambassador of Poland to Montenegro, H. E. Artur Dmochowski. Poland strongly supports Montenegro's European path and believes that Montenegro, despite many external and internal challenges, will remain a leader in accession negotiations and an example for the entire region, and that pro-European forces will continue to enjoy the support of the vast majority of society, the Ambassador said.

We are motivated by the fact that support for Montenegro's European path is constantly growing, which encourages us all to continue in the same direction until the final goal is achieved, said DPM Abazović.

The meeting noted that concrete agreements on cooperation between the two countries will be signed soon, which will improve the relations between Montenegro and Poland in several areas.

It was stated that the two countries have traditionally good relations, which was especially confirmed by intensive cooperation within NATO, but also during the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic when Poland donated medical devices and equipment to Montenegro.
