Abazović sends congratulations to Kurti and Konjufca

Deputy Prime Minister Dritan Abazović congratulated the newly elected Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti on the appointment.

"On the occasion of your election as the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, I extend my warmest congratulations and best wishes to successfully perform this duty, for the benefit of all citizens of your country. I am confident that your Government, in addition to the many challenges facing humanity at this time, will successfully deal with the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic."

DPM Abazović stated in his congratulatory message that, appreciating the friendly and neighbourly relations between the two countries, he is looking forward to the future cooperation between Montenegro and the Republic of Kosovo.

"I am convinced that the basic precondition for the overall development of the Western Balkans is better regional connection, aimed at building relations that will be characterized by mutual respect, trust and understanding. We need to work together so that the Western Balkans region becomes an integral part of the European Union as soon as possible," the Deputy Prime Ministerʹs congratulatory message reads.

Deputy Prime Minister Abazović also sent congratulations to the newly elected Speaker of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca.
