About the Project - Employment/ Learning/Europass/Qualifications Opportunities

Coordinated efforts by the National Euroguidance, Europass and EQF Centre will give strong contribution in achieving policy objectives of the European Skills Agenda and the European Pillar of Social Rights Action Plan. Bearing in mind that higher education has recognized as priority area on Policy Agenda in Montenegro, thus the focus in this project cycle will be higher education.

The University of Montenegro will develop, through these initiatives, the overall national policy in the field of lifelong guidance, Qualification Framework and Europass, especially among young people. Development of guidance practitioners’ competences, better guidance system in close cooperation with all relevant partners, provision of all relevant information on the one-site, better understanding and use of Europass and better knowledge and comparison of national and European qualifications, given reference levels and learning outcomes are seen as one of very important mechanism to develop youth career paths and social inclusion in Montenegro.

These combined activities of national Euroguidance, Europass and EQF centre will support the system level implementation, development and outreach of EU tools and services that are necessary and highly important for Montenegrin economic and social status.

Through these very important European networks aiming to create conditions for learning and working mobility and lifelong learning, we will create a better environment for career development of both young and adults. Since the University of Montenegro is hosting three networks, Euroguidance, Europass and EQF, the synergy among networks activities will help University to develop strong Career service on employment/learning opportunities, Europass and qualifications from 6 to 8 levels with associated learning outcomes.
