The Ministry of Ecology, Sustainable Development and Northern Region Development hereby announces the disclosure of the updated Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) documentation prepared within the preparation of the Waste Management Reform Project (WMRP).

The documentation has been revised following the public consultations conducted with relevant stakeholders and in accordance with the requirements of the World Bank Environmental and Social Framework (ESF). The revisions reflect the feedback received during the consultation process, as well as updated project information.

The updated documentation includes the following documents:

Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP);

Labour Management Procedures (LMP);

Environmental and Social Commitment Plan (ESCP).

Comments and feedback received during the public consultation process have been considered and incorporated, as appropriate, into the updated versions of the documents.

The Ministry remains committed to ensuring transparent communication and continued engagement with stakeholders throughout the project preparation process.
