Berlin Process Leaders’ Summit

Montenegro will conclude its chairmanship of the Berlin Process by hosting the Leaders’ Summit on 22 October 2026 in Miločer, Budva.

According to the preliminary programme, leaders are scheduled to begin arriving at 09:30, with doorstep statements open to all accredited media.

The Leaders’ Summit is scheduled to begin at 10:20. The opening remarks will be streamed live on the Government of Montenegro’s YouTube channel. Government of Montenegro - YouTube. Please note that the Leaders’ Summit meeting will be closed to the media.

A joint press conference by Prime Minister of Montenegro Milojko Spajić and German Federal Chancellor Friedrich Merz will take place outside the villa at Queen’s Beach at 13:05. In the event of adverse weather, any change of venue will be communicated separately.

The official Family photo of Summit participants is scheduled for 13:25 outside Villa Miločer. Accredited photographers will have access.

Accreditation applications must include the full name and role of each media team member, their passport or national ID card number and issuing authority, details of the media organisation, and information on the equipment to be used.

Accreditation will be open from Wednesday, 7October 2026, until Thursday, 15 October 2026, at 15:00. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

A press centre will be available at Hotel Maestral in Pržno. Accreditation badges may be collected there on 21 October from 18:00 to 20:00 and on 22 October from 07:00 to 08:00. Maestral Resort & Casino - Bing Maps

Annual media accreditations issued by the Government of Montenegro are not valid for this event.
