Council: Ministry of Capital Investments submitted complete documentation

The National Council for the Fight against High-Level Corruption received all the necessary documentation from the Ministry of Capital Investments which refers to the construction of the first section of the motorway. Once the necessary classification of documents is done, the Council will publish all documentation that does not endanger the national interests of Montenegro, the National Council for the Fight against High-Level Corruption said.

The Council notes that a joint session of the Council and the Ministry of Capital Investments was held more than a month ago, at which it was agreed to successively disclose documentation related to the first section of the motorway, which was classified but did not endanger the safety of critical infrastructure in Montenegro, in accordance with the Law on designation and protection of critical infrastructure.
