Interview with Deputy Prime Minister Filip Ivanović for Diplomatic World

Deputy Prime Minister for Foreign and European Affairs Filip Ivanović gave an interview for Diplomatic World magazine, in which he discusses Montenegro’s progress on its path toward membership in the European Union, as well as the key priorities in the final phase of the negotiation process.

In the interview, Deputy Prime Minister Ivanović particularly highlighted two important roles that Montenegro will have during 2026: chairing the Berlin Process and hosting the EU–Western Balkans Summit, which will be held in June.

These activities confirm Montenegro’s increasingly significant role in regional and European frameworks, as well as its commitment to strengthening cooperation, stability, and the European perspective of the Western Balkans.
