Meeting of NATO Foreign Ministers in Oslo

Prime Minister's Foreign Policy Adviser Đorđe Radulović took part in the two-day informal meeting of NATO Ministers of Foreign Affairs in Oslo.

Radulović emphasised the importance of the Alliance as a guarantor of security, adding that the Alliance has maintained its unity and confirmed its relevance and ability to adapt to major changes in the security environment. Furthermore, he stressed that the Western Balkans is of strategic importance for NATO.

Radulović said that Montenegro is fully committed to preserving peace and stability of Euro-Atlantic region, together with its NATO allies, and reiterated Montenegro's commitment to continue to provide support to Ukraine.

NATO’s 31 member countries attended the meeting in Oslo. Sweden’s foreign minister also took part as an invitee. The meeting was an opportunity to discuss key issues as NATO prepares for the Summit in Vilnius in July.
