A delegation of Montenegro, led by Minister of Transport Radoš Zečević, will attend the Seventh Worldwide Air Transport Conference (ATConf/7) from 16 to 20 November 2026, and the 43rd (Extraordinary) Assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), scheduled for 19 and 20 November 2026 in Montreal.
