Prime Minister meets with Bahraini officials

Bahraini ministers: Prime Minister Spajić’s leadership is excellent, we seek economic cooperation between the two countries

Prime Minister Milojko Spajić met today in Davos with Minister of the Prime Minister's Court Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa and Minister of Finance and National Economy Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa.

Following the signing of the first Memorandum of Cooperation between Montenegro and Bahrain in November 2024, during the visit of the Montenegrin Prime Minister to Bahrain, the meeting focused on possible forms of cooperation in the fields of economy, science and innovation.

Bahraini ministers praised Prime Minister Spajić’s leadership, highlighting the potential for cooperation between the economies of the two countries, particularly in the areas of science, innovation and tourism.

During the meeting, particular emphasis was placed on the need for training and skills development in the context of rapid changes in the labour market, as well as on the success of Bahrain’s state institution Tamkeen in this field. It was assessed that these experiences and expertise could be utilized through programmes implemented by RESPA in Montenegro.
