STCW Certificate Verification – Montenegro

This service enables the verification of certificates of competency and endorsements issued in accordance with the STCW Convention.

• Within 24 hours on working days
• Urgent PSC requests are handled without delay, where possible

Verification confirms only the authenticity and current validity status of the certificate or endorsement.
 It does not replace the responsibility of the requesting authority or company to assess compliance with applicable STCW requirements, including fitness for duty and competence for the intended service.

In accordance with the STCW Convention, Parties are required to maintain registers of certificates and endorsements and to make relevant information available to other Parties and companies requesting verification of authenticity and validity.
