Tender launched for main design and construction works on Velje Brdo Block A1

The Ministry of Public Works continues activities on the implementation of the Velje Brdo project with the launch of a tender for the preparation of the Main Design for Block A1 and the execution of works for the first phase of the construction of the residential complex and accompanying infrastructure.

The tender envisages the preparation of design documentation for Block A1, while the first phase includes the construction of six residential buildings with approximately 185 apartments, two underground garages, landscaping works and supporting infrastructure.

Block A1 will be implemented in three phases and, upon completion of all phases, will comprise approximately 557 residential units.
