The 31st Cabinet session – 30 November 2022

The Montenegrin Cabinet held its 31st session, chaired by Dritan Abazović.

The Cabinet adopted the Draft Law on protection against ionizing radiation, radiation and nuclear safety and security. 11 directives of the Council of the EU, one Decision and one Regulation of the Council of the EU have been transposed into the Draft Law.

The Cabinet also adopted the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Personal Income Tax, the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Mandatory Social Security Contributions, the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Accounting, and the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Prevention of Illegal Business.

The Draft Law on the Ratification of the Second Additional Protocol to the Convention on Cybercrime on Enhanced Cooperation and Disclosure of Electronic Evidence was adopted.

The Cabinet adopted the Report on the implementation of the Action Plan for meeting the final benchmarks in Chapter 27 - Environment and Climate Change for the reporting period March - August 2022. This is the third half-yearly report, which states that 14 measures out of 57 planned were implemented in the reporting period. Since the beginning of the implementation of the Action Plan in February 2021, of the planned 290 measures, 184, or 63.1%, have been implemented.

The Cabinet adopted the Report on inspection supervision in the field of public procurement (for the period January - June 2022).
