The 39th Cabinet session – 2 February 2023

The Montenegrin Cabinet, at today's 39th session chaired by Prime Minister Dritan Abazović, adopted the Work Programme of the Government of Montenegro for 2023.

The Amendments to the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Confiscation of Proceeds of Crime were adopted.

The Cabinet adopted the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Industrial Emissions.

The Cabinet adopted the Agricultural and Rural Development Programme of Montenegro under IPARD II – 2014 – 2020 version 1.4.

The Information on the need to sign the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil or Commercial Matters was adopted.

The Cabinet adopted the Information on the project "Wastewater treatment in the municipality of Ulcinj – construction of wastewater treatment plants and supporting infrastructure".

The Cabinet adopted the Report on the implementation of activities from the Action Plan for the period 2021-2022, in order to implement the Strategy for improving public procurement policy and public-private partnership in Montenegro for the period 2021-2025, with the Action Plan for 2023. The total number of activities in the reporting period is 30, of which 19 or 63.33% were implemented, six activities or 20% were not implemented, while five or 16.6% were partially implemented.

The Decision on amendments to the Decision on the establishment of the Permanent Coordinating Body for the Preparation of the National Risk Assessment of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing was adopted.
