The 49th Cabinet session – 20 April 2023

‎The Montenegrin Cabinet, at today's 49th session, chaired by Prime Minister Dritan Abazović‎, adopted the ‎Decision on Dual-Use Goods‎ Checklist, which harmonises the national list with the list of the European Union.

‎The Cabinet adopted ‎the Decision on amendments to the Decision on the checklist for export and import of goods‎‎.

‎The Cabinet adopted the Information ‎on providing financial support regarding the refund of value added tax to beneficiaries ‎‎of the IPARD II‎‎ programme 2014-2020 (natural persons) through the payment of subsidies‎‎. ‎

‎The Cabinet adopted‎‎ the Report on the work of the Office of the Representative of Montenegro before the European Court of Human Rights for 2022. ‎

‎The Cabinet has given its approval for the use of ‎‎current budget reserve funds for the needs of digitisation of the Albanian language in Montenegro, ‎‎in the amount of 390,000 euros. ‎

‎The Cabinet adopted ‎‎the Information on the preparation of the analysis of the regulatory framework for corporate governance of state-owned enterprises with the Decision on the formation of the Working Group for the preparation of the analysis‎‎. ‎

‎The Cabinet adopted the Information on the need to conclude the Contract on the construction of electrical infrastructure for the Kotor – Lovćen cable car‎‎ construction project and accepted the text ‎‎of the Contract. ‎

‎The Cabinet adopted ‎the Information on the implementation of the Standard Basic Assistance Agreement between the Government of Montenegro and the United Nations Development ‎‎Programme (UNDP)‎‎ and the payment of the regular amount of costs of the local ‎‎UNDP‎‎ Office‎‎. In accordance with the Agreement, it is the Government's obligation to make a one-year payment to ‎‎UNDP's‎‎ Office in Montenegro for local expenses, which for 2022 amount to USD 417,500‎‎.‎
