WTO ADVANCED GLOBAL WORKSHOP ON THE AGREEMENT ON GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT (GPA) 2012

The Secretariat of the World Trade Organization (WTO) is organizing the WTO Advanced Global Workshop on the Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) 2012 to be held in Geneva, Switzerland, from 29 April to 3 May 2024. The purpose of the Workshop is to share perspectives and build participants' knowledge and skills relating to current issues concerning the interface of government procurement, international trade, development and good governance with a specific focus on the GPA 2012. Members may nominate three official who is in charge of this activity.

Only civil servants who satisfy the requirements stipulated in the invitation letter will be considered in the selection process by the WTO Secretariat.

The application process consists of the following steps:

1. Interested candidates need to complete and submit the online application form, which is available at: https://wto.formstack.com/forms/2024_advanced_global_workshop_gpa, with a note that in addition to the form, it is necessary to submit other supporting documents through the online system.

2. Interested candidates (civil servants of Montenegro) who meet the requirements outlined in the invitation letter, and after completing the online application, they should also send the application with accompanying documents (CV and a copy of passport) to the Ministry of Economic Development. These should be send to the following e-mail addresses: aida.salagic@mek.gov.me i nikoleta.milutinovic@mek.gov.me, no later than 6 March 2024.  and that at the latest, by 8 March 2024. the documentation would be submitted through official diplomatic channels.
