Visa regime

Nationals of Montenegro may enter, pass through the territory of and stay in Andorra for up to 90 days with a valid passport without a visa.

Official visits

The Principality of Andorra recognized Montenegro on June 16, 2006. Diplomatic relations were established on July 28, 2006. The non - resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Montenegro to the Principality of Andorra, based in Paris, is Ivan Ivanišević.

There have been no official incoming / outgoing visits by the President of Government since the restoration of Montenegrin independence.

The President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Ivan Brajović, paid an official visit to the Principality of Andorra, 14-15. January 2019.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Milan Roćen paid an official visit to the Principality of Andorra, 11-12. April 2010.

Economic indicators

In the period 2015-2020 no records of foreign trade between Montenegro and the Principality of Andorra were notified, neither inflow of direct investment.
