Visas
The citizens of Montenegro must obtain a visa in order to enter and stay in the Cape Verde (issued at the local international airport; possessing an electronic certificate, previously acquired, is mandatory). Issuance of visas and other consular affairs towards Montenegro as a receiving state are under the competence of the Embassy of the Republic of Cabo Verde in Rome.
Diplomatic Relations Overview
The Republic of Cabo Verde officially recognized Montenegro on the 17th of December 2010, and the diplomatic relations between the two countries were established on the same day.
