The Citizens of Montenegro must own a visa in order to enter and stay in the Republic of Equatorial Guinea. Consular affairs with regard to the Montenegrin citizens (in the capacity of the de facto receiving state citizens) are placed under the jurisdiction of the Embassy of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea in Paris, France.
