Visas
Montenegrin citizens are required to obtain visa in order to be able to enter and stay in Mali. Issuance of visas is under the jurisdiction of the Embassy of Mali in Rome.
Diplomatic Relations
The Government of the Republic of Mali officially recognized Montenegro on the 10th of April 2012, and the diplomatic relations between the two countries were established on the same day.
