Visa regime
Nationals of Montenegro may enter, pass through and stay in Panama for up to 90 days, with a valid travel document, without a visa.
Diplomatic relations
The Republic of Panama recognized Montenegro on 25 August 2006. Diplomatic relations between Montenegro and the Republic of Panama were established on 9 May 2008.
The Panamanian embassy in Rome covers Montenegro on a non-resident basis, while Montenegro has appointed Dragan Buric as honorary consul to Panama City.
