Visas
The Citizens of Montenegro must own a visa in order to enter and stay in the Federal Republic of Somalia (visas may be issued at the airports, upon arrival - valid for 30 days). Consular affairs with regard to the Montenegrin citizens (in the capacity of the de facto receiving state citizens) are placed under the jurisdiction of the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Somalia in Rome, Italy.
