Visa regime
Nationals of Andorra may enter, pass through the territory of and stay in Montenegro up to 90 days, with a valid travel document, without a visa.
Nationals of Andorra may enter, pass through the territory of and stay in Montenegro up to 30 days, without a visa, with a valid identity card issued by the competent authority of Andorra.
Diplomatic relations
The Principality of Andorra recognized Montenegro on June 16, 2006. Diplomatic relations were established on July 28, 2006. The non - resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Montenegro to the Principality of Andorra, based in Paris, is Mr. Ivan Ivanišević.
Official visits
There have been no official incoming / outgoing visits by the President of Government since the restoration of Montenegrin independence.
The President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr. Ivan Brajović, paid an official visit to the Principality of Andorra from 14th-15th January 2019.
Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Milan Roćen paid an official visit to the Principality of Andorra from 11th-12th April 2010.
Economic indicators
In the period 2015-2021 no records of foreign trade between Montenegro and the Principality of Andorra were notified, neither inflow of direct investment.
