Visa regime

Nationals of Antigua and Barbuda may enter, pass through the territory of and stay in Montenegro up to 90 days, with a valid travel document, without a visa.

Diplomatic relations

Antigua and Barbuda officially recognized Montenegro on April 11, 2011, when diplomatic relations were established.

The Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, Gaston Browne, paid a visit to Montenegro, as part of his participation in the Global Citizen Forum from October 19 to 20, 2017, when he met with the former Prime Minister of Montenegro, Dusko Markovic.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro prof. Dr. Srdjan Darmanovic met in September 2017, on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Immigration of Antigua and Barbuda, Charles Fernandez.
