Visa regime

Nationals of Senegal are required to obtain a visa to enter Montenegro.

Visas may be obtained from diplomatic and consular posts of Montenegro. If you are unable to reach a diplomatic or consular post of Montenegro, you may apply for a visa at the nearest diplomatic or consular post of the Republic of Serbia.

Diplomatic relations

The Republic of Senegal recognized Montenegro on September 22, 2010, when diplomatic relations were established between the two countries.

High-level bilateral meetings

Montenegrin Foreign Minister Milan Rocen met with Senegalese Foreign Minister Madika Niang on the sidelines of the 65th session of the UN General Assembly in New York in September 2010.
