Invitation for Public Consultations for the “Climate-Resilient Fisheries and Agri-Food Sector Development Project (CRFASD)”

In line with the World Bank’s Environmental and Social Standards

The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management invites the public, relevant authorities, and all interested organizations to participate in

PUBLIC CONSULTATIONS

for the Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF), Resettlement Policy Framework (RPF), Labor Management Procedures (LMP), Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP), and Environmental and Social Commitment Plan (ESCP)

for the Climate-Resilient Fisheries and Agri-Food Sector Development Project (CRFASD).

The relevant documents are available for review on working days, between 9:00 and 11:00, at the premises of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management – Directorate for Payments, MIDAS 2 Project, Moskovska 101, Podgorica. The documents can also be downloaded from the following websites: www.gov.me/mpsv; www.midas.co.me

The deadline for review and download of the documentation is 13 days from the date of this announcement.

Comments and feedback related to the documents must be submitted in writing no later than 29 September 2025 to the following address: Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management – Directorate for Payments, Moskovska 101, Podgorica. Comments may also be submitted within the same deadline by e-mail to: crfasdprojekat@gmail.com

The presentation of documents and public consultations will take place according to the following schedule:

• Podgorica, 25 September 2025, at 9:00 – Institute of Public Health, Amphitheatre, Džona Džeksona Street

• Nikšić, 25 September 2025, at 12:00– Tehnopolis, multimedia hall, Radoja Dakića bb

• Ulcinj, 26 September 2025, at 9:00 – Municipality of Ulcinj, Assembly Hall
