In conformity with Article 35 of Public Procurement Law (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro No 46/06), DIRECTORATE FOR PUBLIC WORKS announces

No 01-2/09
To
THE OPEN PROCEDURE BASED PUBLIC PROCUREMENT FOR SELECTION OF THE MOST FAVORABLE SUPPLIER OF A FINAL DESIGN
2. Subject of public procurement is development of technical documents for construction of the Aerial Cableway from Kotor to Lovcen and from Lovcen to Cetinje.
Public procurements shall be carried out as one whole with a possibility of implementation of procedures defined in Article 23 of Public Procurement Law (Official Gazette of Montenegro No. 46/06).
3. Public procurement does not assume conclusion of the framework agreement.
4. Estimated value of the public procurement is EURO 500.000,00.
