Abazović and Italian Minister of Culture express solidarity with Ukraine at Venice Biennale

At the invitation of Italian Minister of Culture Dario Franceschini, Deputy Prime Minister Dritan Abazović and ministers of several European countries visited the Ukraine Pavilion at the 59th Venice Biennale to express solidarity with Ukraine and its citizens.

The Ukraine Pavilion was also visited by the Ministers of Culture of Spain, Slovenia, Austria, the Republic of Kosovo and Albania.

During his official visit to the Venice Biennale, where he is staying at the invitation of President of the Venice Biennale Roberto Cicutto and Artistic Director Cecilia Alemani, Abazović visited the pavilions of several countries, as well as the pavilions of the countries in the region.

Earlier, DPM Abazović, Minister of Foreign Affairs Đorđe Radulović, Minister of Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urbanism Ratko Mitrović, and Ambassador of Montenegro to Italy Milena Šofranac Ljubojević attended the opening ceremony of the Montenegro Pavilion titled The Art of Holding Hands.

The Venice Biennale is one of the most prestigious art events in the world. The Montenegro Pavilion is located at the Palazzo Malipiero.
