Abazović: May Christmas encourage us to promote tolerance as the basis of a more just civil society

Deputy Prime Minister Dritan Abazović congratulated the Archbishop of Bar, Rrok Gjonlleshaj, and the Bishop of Kotor, Ivan Štironja, and all the people of faith on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day according to the Gregorian calendar, wishing them peace, health and joy.

May the holiday that symbolises the birth bring the new hope for universal values in our society and encourage us to promote solidarity, unity and tolerance as the basis of interpersonal relationships on which we should build a more just civil society and European Montenegro, Abazović said.

DPM Abazović emphasised that multiethnic and multi-confessional harmony are the greatest values of Montenegro that have characterised this area for millennia, and on the basis of love, understanding and peace we should continue to build modern Montenegro as part of European society.
