Abazović meets Chairperson of the Council of Ministers of BiH

Prime Minister Dritan Abazović met Chairperson of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina Borjana Krišto, emphasising that Montenegro is a sincere friend of Bosnia and Herzegovina and that future cooperation between the two countries should be based on the economy.

Prime Minister Abazović once again congratulated Bosnia and Herzegovina for being granted EU candidate status, assessing that submitting an application for EU membership for BiH means a strategic decision to respect and promote the EU values.

Abazović pointed out that the Government of Montenegro supports the integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as their institutions and the decisions they make.

The two officials agreed that the relations between Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina are friendly, strengthened by common foreign policy priorities in terms of regional cooperation and European integration.
