Abazović meets Gabriel Escobar

Prime Minister Dritan Abazović‎‎ met US Special Envoy for the Western Balkans ‎‎Gabriel Escobar‎‎ on the sidelines of the Dubrovnik Forum.‎

‎The two officials noted that the region is faced with numerous challenges that could undermine stability and jeopardize the European path of the Western Balkans. In this regard, it was assessed that Montenegro, by promoting good neighbourly relations and cooperation, has a constructive role in the region. They stressed the fact that, in a region intertwined with bilateral disputes, Montenegro fosters good cooperation with all countries of the Western Balkans without exception.‎

‎Furthermore, they discussed Montenegro's European integration process, expressing full support of the US for Montenegro's European path.‎
