Ambassador of the Republic of Korea Choe Hyoung Chan pays a farewell visit to PM Krivokapić

The non-resident Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Montenegro, Mr. Choe Hyoung Chan paid a farewell visit to Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapić.

Prime Minister Krivokapić emphasised that there is room for economic cooperation between Montenegro and the Republic of Korea, regardless of the physical distance between two countries.

The Prime Minister welcomed the signing of the Agreement on Economic Cooperation between the Government of Montenegro and the Government of the Republic of Korea, which the Honorable Ambassador signed with Minister of Economic Development Jakov Milatović.

The Ambassador agreed with the Prime Minister that there is great potential for cooperation, especially in the field of green economy and IT sector, and stressed the importance of implementing the Agreement on Economic Cooperation between the two countries as soon as possible.

Ambassador Choe Hyoung Chan expressed satisfaction with the meeting with PM Krivokapić in Belgrade, assessing that the briefing with non-resident ambassadors was extremely useful and encouraging, especially in terms of economic and development goals of the Government.

Prime Minister Krivokapić thanked the Honorable Ambassador for his professionalism, diligence and devotion during his term of office. At the end of the meeting, both sides expressed their desire for a new meeting and new forms of cooperation.
