Central Tourist Register

The Central Tourist Register is a unique, electronic, public database, with data on entities performing activities in the field of tourism and catering, which are registered or recorded for performing those activities in accordance with this Law, as well as other data in accordance with this Law on tourism and hospitality.

The Central Tourist Register is established on the basis of existing registers kept by the Ministry and local government bodies.

1. The following shall be entered in the Central Tourist Register:

- travel agencies-travel organizers;

- travel agencies-intermediaries.

- categorized ports of nautical tourism

- service providers in nautical tourism;

- bathing areas and bathing service providers;

- ski resorts and ski resort service providers;

- persons providing services in households and rural tourist households;

- tourist guides;

- categorized and uncategorized catering facilities;

- National Tourist Organization;

- regional tourism organizations and

- local tourist organizations.

2. For the purpose of entry or deletion from the Central Tourist Register, the competent local government bodies are obliged to submit the final decisions, which are made on the basis of authorizations from this Law, with completed forms for entry, ie deletion from the register, to the Ministry without delay, and no later than three days from the date of finality of the decision.

3. The Central Tourist Register is maintained by the Ministry.

4. Data from the Central Tourist Register are public.
