CGEQD: A comprehensive Financial Plan has been developed

"As part of the Erasmus+ project Career Guidance, Europass & Qualifications Development (CGEQD), a comprehensive Financial Plan has been developed. The plan includes detailed cost estimates, budget planning and allocation, as well as mechanisms for monitoring project implementation and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle. The document serves as a key tool for ensuring effective management of the financial resources dedicated to project activities.

The Financial Plan establishes a structured framework for allocating funds across the project’s work packages and planned activities, while defining procedures for monitoring expenditures and controlling budget implementation. This approach supports transparent financial management and allows continuous monitoring of financial performance in relation to the project objectives.

Particular attention has been given to ensuring compliance with the financial rules and procedures of the Erasmus+ programme, including requirements related to cost planning, documentation of expenditures and regular financial reporting. The document also includes internal control mechanisms and expenditure monitoring procedures that contribute to responsible and transparent use of project funds during the entire implementation period.
