Within the Erasmus+ project (CGEQD) a Human Resources Plan has been prepared

"Within the Erasmus+ project Career Guidance, Europass & Qualifications Development (CGEQD), a Human Resources Plan (HR Plan) has been prepared with the aim of strengthening institutional capacities, improving internal organization, and ensuring the efficient implementation of project activities. This document represents an important management instrument that defines the structure of the project team, the distribution of responsibilities, and the competencies required for the successful implementation of the project.
The Human Resources Plan includes the identification of key roles within the project team, covering project management, financial and administrative management, coordination of activities, as well as support in the areas of communication, analysis, and policy development. In this way, a clearly defined organizational structure is ensured, enabling effective coordination of activities and high-quality monitoring of the achievement of project objectives.
By defining the required professional profiles and planning the engagement of internal and external experts, the HR Plan contributes to strengthening the capacities of the institutions involved in the project and ensures adequate professional support for the implementation of planned activities in the areas of career guidance, the Europass system, and the development of the national qualifications framework.
The preparation and implementation of the Human Resources Plan represent an important step towards more efficient project management and ensuring the sustainability of results that will contribute to the further development of the education system and lifelong learning policies in Montenegro.
