Changes to entry requirements

Minister of Health Jelena Borovinić Bojović presented the new measures against COVID-19 that will be in force during the next seven days - from 13 January to 19 January 2022. She said at a press conference that the most important change refers to the entry requirements.

In the next seven days, Montenegrin citizens and foreigners can enter Montenegro through all borders, having one of the proofs from EU digital COVID certificate:

1. A certificate that they were vaccinated with the prescribed numbers of doses of a vaccine against the novel coronavirus, and that it has not passed more than six months from the last dose;

2. Negative PCR test on the novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2), not older than 72 hours;

3. Negative rapid antigen test not older than 48 hours;

4. A proof of recovery from COVID-19 (positive PCR or a rapid antigen test on the novel coronavirus that is older than 10 days, and not older than 180 days since the date of issuing the test's result).
