DEV-CLEinMNE project, five objectives drove short, medium and long-term change

Within DEV-CLEinMNE project, five objectives drove short-, medium- and long-term change. Short-term, adults accessed clearer information and practical skills; medium-term, providers improved services and cooperation; long-term, participation and employability increased while systems became more inclusive and sustainable.

The objectives also anchored Montenegro’s contribution to Pact for Skills, aligning national action with EU priorities. This project is funded by the European Union.
