Deputy Prime Minister Dritan Abazović congratulated the Archbishop of Bar and the Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Kotor, Monsignor Rrok Gjonlleshaj, the newly appointed Bishop of Kotor, Monsignor Ivan Štironja, the clergy and all Catholic believers in Montenegro on Easter.

"I want everyone to spend one of the greatest Christian holidays with their loved ones in peace, health and happiness. Easter is an opportunity to remind ourselves of the timeless and imperishable virtues of humanity, but also a chance to contribute to greater mutual respect and appreciation, which are an inseparable part of the essence of society in Montenegro," said DPM Abazović.

He wished everyone that the holidays bring them inner peace and prosperity.

"Easter is a holiday to revive the symbolism of the victory of good over evil, but also a constant reminder that true values are worth fighting for and that we all bear responsibility for the betterment of society as a whole, regardless of religion or nation. Only wisdom, togetherness and maturity can bring peace and harmony to Montenegro and contribute to its brighter future," the Deputy Prime Ministerʹs congratulatory message reads.
