DPM Abazović thanks People's Republic of China for donating 30,000 doses of vaccine

Deputy Prime Minister Dritan Abazović thanked the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China, His Excellency Mr. Liu Jin, for the donation of 30,000 doses of vaccine that the country will send to Montenegro.

On 19 February, Chinese Ambassador Liu Jin informed DPM Abazović that the People's Republic of China would donate 30,000 doses of vaccine. Ambassador Jin said that this donation is another indicator of excellent bilateral cooperation between the two countries, stating that this act shows our traditionally good relations.

The Deputy Prime Minister expressed deep gratitude to Ambassador Jin and the People's Republic of China for this act of solidarity and stated that this donation is proof of sincere relations between Montenegro and the People's Republic of China. Abazović noted that the donation would significantly help the Montenegrin health system in the fight against COVID 19.

The Deputy Prime Minister stated that the Government of Montenegro appreciates the empathy, selfless support and understanding of the People's Republic of China for the citizens of Montenegro in this difficult situation. Abazović pointed out that good cooperation between Montenegro and the People's Republic of China will continue in the coming period through the strengthening of bilateral relations between the two countries.
