Minister Ibrahimović meets with EU Ambassador to Montenegro Oana Cristina Popa

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Capital Investments Ervin Ibrahimović met with Ambassador of the European Union to Montenegro Oana Cristina Popa and her associates.

Ambassador Oana Cristina Popa took the opportunity to congratulate Minister Ibrahimović on his appointment, especially in this economically and financially challenging period, both for Montenegro and the rest of the world.

At the beginning of the meeting, Minister Ibrahimović informed Ambassador Popa about the priorities of the Ministry of Capital Investments.

Minister Ibrahimović emphasised that the Ministry of Capital Investments is in charge of some of the most important projects in the field of transport and energy, and that in the coming days, we are facing a period of making quick and efficient decisions, all with the aim of a faster and safer path towards the European Union.

Ambassador Popa stressed that the international community is ready to provide full support to Montenegrin institutions in further work. The meeting also discussed the national airline, plans for the future of airports, the Bar-Boljare motorway and other projects.
