Minister Miljanić takes part in Prespa Forum Dialogue

Minister without Portfolio Zoran Miljanić is participating in the third edition of the Prespa Forum Dialogue titled "Widened European family by 2030: Mission (im)possible?".

The Forum’s Agenda includes, inter alia, discussions on the pressing regional and European political-security issues, the Western Balkans integration processes to the EU, the perspectives of strengthening regional cooperation and good-neighborly relations, the fight against corruption, etc.

The Minister took part in sessions "EU-WB Migration Management: Solidarity and Shared Commitments" and "Rooting Out Corruption through Good Governance Policies and Justice Format".

Speaking about the anti-corruption measures implemented by the Government of Montenegro, Minister Miljanić emphasised the importance of the formation of the National Anti-Corruption Council and the creation of a National Anti-Corruption Strategy, as the first document of its kind in Montenegro.

He pointed out that Montenegro achieved visible results in the fight against corruption, as well as that progress in that area was noted in the latest report of the European Commission.

The PDF aims to inspire and promote good-neigbourly relations and cooperation. The PDF participants will have a unique opportunity, with their discussions, assessments, and proposals, to put a personal stamp to strengthening the stability of the Western Balkans, to enrich the regional cooperation, and to project a positive image of the region within its European integration and international context.
