Official Visit of the Ambassador of the Czech Republic

The Acting Director of the Cybersecurity Agency Samir Orahovac and the Chairman of the Agency’s Council, Jovan Kljajić, met with the Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Montenegro, Janina Hrebickova. 🇨🇿

During the meeting, emphasis was placed on strengthening cooperation through joint initiatives aimed at enhancing resilience to cyber threats. Particular attention was given to engaging young people through educational programmes designed to develop future professionals in cybersecurity.

The discussion also covered the possibility of establishing cooperation with the Czech National Cyber and Information Security Agency (NÚKIB), with a focus on collaboration through three key channels: the Cybersecurity Agency, Gov-CERT, and the Chamber of Commerce.

The Chairman of the Agency’s Council, Jovan Kljajić, supported the initiative to strengthen cooperation, highlighting the importance of connecting with NÚKIB for the development of institutional capacities and the improvement of resilience to modern cyber threats.

The participants expressed their readiness to further define and implement concrete joint activities in the coming period.
