The National CIRT has received accreditation within the prestigious European TF-CSIRT

The National CIRT of the Cyber Security Agency of Montenegro has received accreditation within the prestigious European TF-CSIRT Trusted Introducer community (Task Force on Computer Security Incident Response Teams), a platform that connects and supports national and institutional cyber incident response teams.
This accreditation represents a confirmation of Montenegro’s institutional maturity, expertise, and credibility in the field of cybersecurity.
At a time when cyber threats represent one of the key challenges for states, institutions, businesses, and citizens, strengthening the National CIRT also means strengthening the country’s resilience and protecting our digital space.
Membership and accreditation within the international community of cyber incident response teams further confirm that Montenegro is building a reliable, responsible, and cooperative cybersecurity system aligned with European standards.
It is particularly significant that obtaining this accreditation was also one of the obligations under the Reform Agenda, through which Montenegro demonstrated its commitment to fulfilling European priorities in the field of digital security and institutional strengthening.
This is an important step forward for the Cyber Security Agency, the National CIRT, and Montenegro as a whole.
