Turkey has donated 100,000 doses of China's Sinovac vaccine to Montenegro. This was agreed at the meeting of Minister of Health Jelena Borovinić Bojović and her Turkish counterpart Fahrettin Koca.

The procedure is expected to be finalised in the coming days.

This gesture of the state of Turkey proves that humanity knows neither borders nor any differences, said Minister Borovinić Bojović.

During official visit of the Montenegrin delegation to Ankara, Minister Borovinić Bojović and her Turkish counterpart agreed on cooperation in at least three areas.

They agreed on the possibility of treating Montenegrin citizens in state hospitals in Turkey at the expense of our Health Insurance Fund, then training our doctors in Turkish hospitals, as well as providing the assistance in the digital transformation of the health system in which Ankara has achieved impressive results.
