At the Ministry of Capital Investments, representatives of the airport's trade unions and the management of the Airports of Montenegro met today at the invitation of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Capital Investments Ervin Ibrahimović. The purpose of the meeting was to continue discussions regarding the key demands of the airport workers and the possibilities for the company's representatives to align with the proposed solutions.

It is worth noting that Minister of Capital Investments Ibrahimović previously held discussions with employee representatives and company representatives to lend support to the continuation of negotiations and reaching consensus between employees and employers.

As Minister Ibrahimović emphasized at the beginning of the meeting, the recent discussions and today's meeting represent a step forward in communication between the two sides. It is an opportunity for both parties to find solutions that can benefit the employees without jeopardizing the company's operations.

Employee representatives reiterated their demands, expressing significant dissatisfaction among the workforce and the expectation of progress in negotiations with the employer. On the other hand, the management presented their arguments and concerns regarding specific demands.

At the end of the meeting, concrete steps were agreed upon for preparing the next meeting and addressing certain legal dilemmas that were discussed during the negotiations. In respect of the rights of workers to organize strikes to express their dissatisfaction with their status and demand the fulfillment of their requirements, the Deputy Prime Minister and the responsible ministry have urged the attendees to use all available mechanisms and continue discussions, with the ministry's support, to reach common solutions.
