Visa Application Centers of Montenegro to Open in India and Kyrgyzstan

In line with the Agreement between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro and the international company VFS Global, as of 14 October 2025, Visa Application Centers of Montenegro will begin operating in India (New Delhi) and Kyrgyzstan (Bishkek).

Applicants for short-term and long-term visas from these countries will be able to submit their applications at VFS Global centers, which will significantly facilitate access to consular services and improve the efficiency of visa procedures.

Addresses and working hours of the centers:

• New Delhi, India: Shivaji Stadium Metro Station, Concourse Level, Baba Kharak Singh Marg, Connaught Place, New Delhi – 110001

Working hours: 09:00 – 16:00

• Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan: Kiev Street 62, 4th floor, Business Center “Eurasia”, Bishkek

Working hours: 09:00 – 17:00

This activity represents the continuation of the implementation of the Agreement signed between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro and VFS Global in April this year, which foresees the opening of visa application centers in several countries as part of a pilot project.
